Each year, Las Cruces Public Schools calls for nominations for our Teacher of the Year and Educational Support Personnel of the Year. During this process, we have had the pleasure of meeting those who make LCPS a place where students learn, grow and thrive.
From our campus level honorees, the choices were narrowed to a group of 10 district semi-finalists and three finalists.
Teacher of the Year Finalists:

Educational Support Personnel of the Year Finalists:
Amelia Apolonio, LCPS Administration – Technology Support Services Help Desk Technician
Armando Iniguez, Hillrise Elementary – Lead Custodian
Michael Sanchez, LCPS Physical Plant – Lead Mechanic
